For the executive checkup, patients are required to fast for 10-12 hours before the procedure, with strictly no food or liquid intake. Patients who wear contact lenses are required to bring their container, and patients with eyeglasses are required to bring them, according to the eye examinations guidelines. Patients with multiple ear piercings are also required to remove them during the examination, particularly for the hearing test included in the executive checkup.
For patients undergoing Transnasal Endoscopy and Gastroscopy, the preparation include fasting for 6-8 hours before the procedure, removing nose piercings, and securing CP Clearance. For Colonoscopy and Gastroscopy, patients should secure CP Clearance and bowel preparation from the doctor, follow 6-8 hours of fasting, and avoid consuming meat, vegetables, and oatmeal.
Note that all patients aged 35 and above should undergo CP Clearance. The booking for the endoscopy procedure should be made within one month of the executive checkup, as it is the validity period of the CP Clearance.
