- The promotion is open to all PRA Members.
- The promo is valid only in Shinagawa Diagnostic BGC branch.
- To avail the exclusive discount, members must share the promo code “PRA2026” or present a soft copy of their PRA ID card or Certificate of Endorsement to the Patient Care Line Agent during the booking.
- Confirmed appointments must be scheduled between Monday to Friday.
- Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
- The patient’s preferred booking date and time will be subject to Shinagawa Diagnostic’s approval.
- Rescheduled appointments must be made within 3 days before or after the initial appointment date to remain eligible for the discount.
- The installment mode of payment promo is not allowed.
- HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the installment promo.
