TERMS & CONDITIONS
- To qualify for the Program, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at the Participating Merchant.
- Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Program shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and the Merchant.
- The terms and conditions governing the issuance of BPI Credit Cards, reminders, and other provisions contained in card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Program campaign.
- The 3-month installment plan with 0% interest is applicable for patients availing of any health package.
- The minimum total bill for the installment plan should be P25,000.
- Patients can avail of individual services in addition to their health package to reach the minimum spend.
- Two (2) or more patients who will be using one (1) credit card and the total bill reaches the required minimum spend are also eligible for the installment payment, as long as one (1) of the patients avails a health package.
- This offer is available only Shinagawa Diagnostic & Preventive Care BGC Branch only.
- Valid for new bookings made from January 29, 2025, to March 30, 2025.
- Confirmed appointments must be scheduled between Monday and Saturday, from February 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025.
- Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
- Patients availing of individual health services are recommended to schedule their appointments between 11:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
- The minimum total bill for the installment plan must be P25,000, applicable to full-paying health packages and individual health services.
- The BPI Installment Payment Promo cannot be combined with discounted rates for health packages or individual health services under Marketing and PCL Exclusive Promos.
- HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the installment payment promo.
