• Valid for new bookings made from April 1, 2025, to April 30, 2025, scheduled every Monday to Saturday.
• Advance reservation is required, and walk-ins are highly discouraged.
• Valid for patients paying in full SRP for VIP Shinagawa Dock with any endoscopy procedure.
• The inclusions of the VIP Shinagawa Dock availed are the following:
  • Japanese Bento Meal
  • Double Reading Method (Chest CT Scan and Brain MRI + Brain MRA + Neck MRA)
  • Hotel Accommodation (For VIP Shinagawa Dock with Colonoscopy or Gastroscopy/Colonoscopy bookings)
  • Choose one (1) free rider with their VIP Shinagawa Dock:
    • Breast Ultrasound
    • Prostate Ultrasound
• Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
• Rescheduled appointments must be made within three (3) days before or after the initial appointment date to remain eligible for the discount.
• Patients are required to undergo a doctor’s consultation before proceeding with a Breast Ultrasound or Prostate Ultrasound. If a patient is not eligible for these procedures, no replacement will be provided.
• An installment mode of payment is not allowed for this promo.
• HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the installment payment promo.
• The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discount, or other items.
