• Applicable for two patients booking any of the bundle packages listed below.

• Confirmed VIP Shinagawa Dock appointments for both the first and second visit must be scheduled between Monday to Friday, from April 1, 2025 to April 30, 2025.
• Advance reservation is required, and walk-ins are highly discouraged.
• Two patients booking a bundled VIP Shinagawa Dock package on the same appointment day, including any endoscopy procedure, will receive a 15% discount on the total bill.
• Valid for two patients undergoing VIP Shinagawa Dock at Shinagawa Diagnostic, where one or both are visiting for the first time.
• Inclusions of the health packages include the following:
  • Japanese Bento Meal
  • Double Reading Method for VIP Shinagawa Dock (Chest CT Scan and Brain MRI + Brain MRA + Neck MRA)
• Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
• Rescheduled appointments must be made within ten (10) days before or after the initial appointment date to remain eligible for the discount.
• Installment mode of payment is not allowed for this promo.
• HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the installment payment promo. 
• The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discount, or other items. 
• In the purchase of goods and services that are on a promotional discount, the senior citizen or person with a disability can avail of the promotional discount under this Promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act for 2010 or Magna Carta for Disabled Person, whichever is higher.
