TERMS & CONDITIONS :
- Patients who use the code “MIDYEAR_VIP10” when booking their VIP Shinagawa Dock checkup are eligible to receive a freebie plus 10% off their chosen VIP Dock checkup.
- Confirmed appointments must be scheduled between Tuesday and Thursday, from July 1 to 10, 2026.
- Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
- HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the promo.
- The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discounts, or other items.
- Senior Citizen or PWD discounts cannot be used in conjunction with this promo. However, these discounts may be applied to individual health services if the patient chooses to add riders to their health package.
- Patients who choose VIP Dock with Colonoscopy or Gastroscopy + Colonoscopy are entitled to receive their complimentary hotel voucher. No second hotel voucher will be issued.
- The freebies (hotel voucher and grab code) will be released at the clinic on the day of the patient’s appointment.
