TERMS & CONDITIONS :
- Confirmed appointments must be scheduled every Monday and Friday, from July 1 to 31, 2026.
- Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
- HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the promo.
- The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discounts, or other items.
- Senior Citizen or PWD discounts cannot be used in conjunction with this promo. However, these discounts may be applied to individual health services if the patient chooses to add riders to their health package.
- Patients who choose VIP Dock with Colonoscopy or Gastroscopy + Colonoscopy are entitled to receive their complimentary hotel voucher.
- If a flu vaccine is chosen, this can be claimed on the same day as their appointment, or it can also be rescheduled within the month of July. The vaccine is also transferable.
- If Grab Code is chosen, the clinic will be responsible for sharing the code to the patient on the day of their appointment.
- If Nutrition & Dietetics Counseling/Monitoring is chosen, this can be claimed on the same day as their appointment, or it can also be rescheduled within the month of July.
