TERMS & CONDITIONS :

• Confirmed appointments must be scheduled between Tuesday to Thursday, from July 1 – 31, 2026.
• Patients who book executive checkups can enjoy higher discounts when they book in groups:
  1. 5% discount= 2 patients
  2. 8% discount = 3 patients
  3. 10% discount = 4 or more patients
• All patients must have the same appointment day and time to qualify for this promo.
• Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
• An instalment payment method is not allowed for this promo.
• HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the promo.
• The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discounts, or other items. 
• Senior Citizen or PWD discounts cannot be used in conjunction with this promo. However, these discounts may be applied to individual health services if the patient chooses to add riders to their health package
• In the purchase of goods and services that are on a promotional discount, the senior citizen or person with a disability can avail of the promotional discount under this Promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act for 2010 or the Magna Carta for Disabled Persons, whichever is higher.
• The complimentary hotel voucher does not apply to VIP Shinagawa Dock patients availing this promo.
