TERMS & CONDITIONS :
- Confirmed appointments must be scheduled only on Monday to Friday from July 6 to July 10, 2026.
- For Allergy Tests, the 10% discount can be applied to the total bill if the patient decides to avail multiple panels. However, it cannot be applied to other services (including individual allergens) should the patient decide to add on to their selected allergy test.
- HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the promo.
- The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discounts, or other items.
- Senior Citizen or PWD discounts cannot be used in conjunction with this promo. However, these discounts may be applied to individual health services if the patient chooses to add riders to their health package.
