• Two full-paying patients who avail participating executive checkups can bring along another patient who will receive a complimentary health checkup.
• All three patients must have the same appointment day and time to qualify for this promo.
• Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
• Rescheduled appointments must be made within the month of May.
• An Installment mode of payment is not allowed for this promo.
• HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the installment payment promo.
