- Patients may opt to avail the imaging exams as a rider to their health package, or avail it as an individual service.
- Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines. For those who will only avail the imaging exams as individual services, they may schedule between 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
- An installment mode of payment is not allowed for this promo.
- HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the promo.
- The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discount, or other items.
- This promo can be used in conjunction with other marketing promos that are applied to health packages.
- Senior Citizen or PWD discounts cannot be used on top of this promo. However, these discounts may be applied to other individual health services (ex. Blood tests).
- In the purchase of goods and services that are on a promotional discount, the senior citizen or person with a disability can avail of the promotional discount under this Promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act for 2010 or Magna Carta for Disabled Person, whichever is higher.
