With a friendship that’s stood strong for over five years, Larah and Gel have seen each other through life’s ups and downs.

“First time namin mag-work sa isang kumpanya, pero pareho na kaming matagal sa BPO industry. So when it comes to our health status, we’re very conscious talaga. Sa side ko, may history ng high cholesterol at high blood pressure ‘yung dad ko. Sa kanila Larah naman, parehong mataas ang blood sugar ng parents niya.”
