TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The 3-month installment plan with 0% interest is applicable for patients availing of any health packages.
- The minimum total bill for the installment plan must be P40,000, applicable to full-paying health packages and individual health services.
- Patients can avail of individual services in addition to their health package to reach the minimum spend.
- Two (2) or more patients who will be using one (1) credit card and the total bill reaches the required minimum spend are also eligible for the installment payment, as long as one (1) of the patients avails a health package.
- This offer is available only at Shinagawa Diagnostic & Preventive Care BGC Branch only.
- Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
- HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the installment payment promo.
- Senior Citizen or PWD discounts cannot be used in conjunction with this promo. However, these discounts may be applied to individual health services if the patient chooses to add riders to their health package as long as the total bill still reaches the required minimum spend.
