TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Two patients who book bundled executive health packages on the same appointment date can receive a 5% discount on the total bill. This must be stated to the assigned Patient Care Agent during the booking phase.
• Confirmed appointments must be scheduled between Tuesday and Thursday, from June 2  to 30, 2026. 
• Both patients must have the same appointment date and time to qualify for this promo.
• Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
• HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the promo.
• The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discount, or other items. 
• Senior Citizen or PWD discounts cannot be used in conjunction with this promo. However, these discounts may be applied to individual health services if the patient chooses to add riders to their health package
• Patients who avail this promo are no longer eligible to receive the complimentary hotel voucher included in the package (Applicable to VIP Colonoscopy and VIP Gastroscopy + Colonoscopy packages only)
