• Applicable for patients who will avail VIP Shinagawa Dock & Colonoscopy Package.

• Valid for new bookings made from July 1, 2025, to July 30, 2025.
• Confirmed appointments must be scheduled only on Mondays to Thursdays, from July 3 to July 31, 2025
• Patients who book a VIP Shinagawa Dock or Colonoscopy Package are eligible to have a free Hormone Test or Grab promo code. The freebie depends on their selected health package and cannot be changed by patient request.
• Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
• Rescheduled appointments must still fall within the month of July to remain eligible for the promo.
• The hormone tests can be availed during the patient’s executive checkup.
• An Installment mode of payment is not allowed for this promo.
• HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the installment payment promo.
• The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discount, or other items. 
• Senior Citizen or PWD discounts cannot be used in conjunction with this promo. However, these discounts may be applied to individual health services if the patient chooses to add riders to their health package.
