• Confirmed appointments must be scheduled between Monday to Friday, from April 1 to 30, 2026.
• Three or more patients who book their executive checkup together are automatically eligible to receive an 8% discount.
• All patients must have the same appointment day and time to qualify for this promo.
• Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
• An installment mode of payment is not allowed for this promo.
• HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the promo.
• The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discount, or other items. 
• The discount is only applicable to the listed health packages below and does not apply to any individual services.
• Senior Citizen or PWD discounts cannot be used in conjunction with this promo. However, these discounts may be applied to individual health services if the patient chooses to add riders to their health package
• In the purchase of goods and services that are on a promotional discount, the senior citizen or person with a disability can avail of the promotional discount under this Promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act for 2010 or Magna Carta for Disabled Person, whichever is higher.
• The complimentary hotel voucher is not applicable for VIP Shinagawa Dock patients availing this promo.
