This April, all birthday celebrants get 5% OFF on their executive checkup—because the best way to celebrate another year is by taking care of yourself.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

• First-time patients whose birthday falls in April are eligible to receive 5% off on their chosen executive checkup.
• Confirmed appointments must be scheduled between Monday to Friday, from April 1, 2026 to April 30, 2026.
  
• Patients are required to present a valid government issued ID upon booking to verify their birthdate.
• Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
• HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the promo.
• The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discount, or other items. 
• Senior Citizen or PWD discounts cannot be used in conjunction with this promo. However, these discounts may be applied to individual health services if the patient chooses to add riders to their health package
