• Confirmed appointments must be scheduled between Monday to Friday, from May 4  to 13, 2026. 
• Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
• HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the promo.
• The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discount, or other items. 
• Senior Citizen or PWD discounts cannot be used in conjunction with this promo. However, these discounts may be applied to individual health services if the patient chooses to add riders to their health package.
