Patient Invitation Kit
The Patient Invitation Kit from Shinagawa is designed to provide convenience and ease for our patients. Sent before a scheduled checkup, the kit includes containers for FOBT, urinalysis, fecalysis, and stool samples. Collect the samples comfortably at home (please be mindful of the required collection time, which can be found in your invitation kit) and bring the samples with you to your appointment.

Yes, there is paid basement parking available in the building. Additionally, there are nearby parking areas around the building. Click here to check.
- Fasting for 10-12 hours before the checkup is required.
- Avoid taking vitamins (e.g., Vitamin C) for two days before the appointment to ensure accurate urine test results.
- For accurate blood test results, strictly no food or water intake, and avoid alcohol a day before the appointment.
- Water intake is allowed but only for medication purposes.
- Bring your maintenance medication on the day of the appointment.
- If applicable, bring your eyeglasses and a contact lens container.
- Building Guidelines: Strictly no wearing of shorts, open-toed shoes, or sleeveless shirts.
Pediatric patients are not accommodated unless they have a doctor’s request.
For Women’s Prime Executive Checkup, females should not be menstruating on the day of their checkup to proceed with the Pap smear.
For VIP Shinagawa Dock, patients should not have metal or dental implants. If they do, a doctor’s clearance is required to proceed with the checkup.
