 Members who join the Shinagawa Viber Community between April 14, 2025, and April 30, 2025, and are first-time patients of Shinagawa Diagnostic will be eligible to receive a 15% discount on any of the following packages:

• In addition, they will also receive one (1) free session of Laser Hair Removal treatment from Shinagawa LASIK & Aesthetics. They may choose one (1) body part for the treatment from the following options:

• An e-voucher with a unique serial code, covering both the health package discount and the free laser hair removal session, will be sent to the patient via email. This must be presented to the Patient Care Line agent upon booking and to the Receptionist on the day of the appointment.
• The discount and the free service can only be claimed once.
• Advance reservation is required, and walk-ins are highly discouraged.
• The health package should be done in Shinagawa Diagnostic & Preventive Care BGC branch.
• The free laser hair removal should be done in Shinagawa LASIK & Aesthetics Ortigas branch.
• Patients booking for health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
• For VIP Shinagawa Dock bookings, the first appointment day and the second appointment (if applicable, for the endoscopy procedure) should be scheduled from Monday to Friday only.
• The free Laser Hair Removal session must be scheduled from Wednesday to Saturday, between April 15, 2025, and July 31, 2025, and within the time window of 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Rescheduled health checkup appointments must be made within three (3) days before or after the initial appointment date to remain eligible for the discount.
• An installment mode of payment is not allowed for this promo.
• HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the installment payment promo.
• The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discount, or other items.
