Talking about women’s and family health concerns has long been considered a sensitive topic in the Philippines. For many Filipino families, conversations surrounding reproductive health, preventive screenings, and other health concerns can still feel uncomfortable or difficult to discuss openly. However, these are conversations that need to happen.

Recognizing the importance of making health services more accessible to Filipinos, Shinagawa Diagnostic & Preventive Care and Hati Health have renewed their partnership for another year, strengthening their shared commitment to encouraging individuals & families to take a more proactive approach to their well-being.

This was formalized during a contract signing on August 11, 2026, marking the partnership’s second year. Representatives from both organizations came together to reaffirm their shared goal of making quality healthcare more accessible, convenient, and affordable for Filipinos, particularly in women’s and family health.

Through this partnership, patients can conveniently browse available health services through the Hati Health website and app. This provides women, individuals, & families, with a more accessible way to explore healthcare options and select services that are appropriate for their needs.

Once patients have completed the necessary steps and are cleared to proceed, they can book their preferred appointment date and time and settle their payment directly through the Hati Health platform.
The process is designed to make the patient journey as seamless as possible, from selecting a service to preparing for the actual appointment.

After completing their booking, patients will receive a patient invitation kit from Shinagawa Diagnostic. The kit contains the necessary containers for their urinalysis, fecalysis, and fecal occult blood test (FOBT) samples, allowing them to conveniently collect their samples at home. It also includes important guidelines and instructions to help patients properly prepare for their checkup.

On the day of their appointment, patients simply need to present their email confirmation from Hati Health at Shinagawa Diagnostic to proceed with their scheduled tests.

For Shinagawa Diagnostic, the renewed partnership with Hati Health is more than just a business collaboration. It is part of a shared commitment to promoting a culture where individuals feel empowered to talk about their health, seek professional care, and make their well-being a priority.
