• Confirmed appointments must be scheduled between Monday to Saturday, from September 29, 2025, to October 31, 2025.
• The Patient Care Line Agents are responsible for identifying the patient’s chosen perk and encoding it using a promo code on the appointment sheet.

• The flu vaccine will be coordinated in advance with the Operations and Medical Teams, allowing the patient to receive it on the same day as their checkup.
• Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
• Patients availing of individual health services are recommended to schedule their appointments between 11:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
• HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the installment payment promo.
