- All previous patients from 2023-2024 of Shinagawa Diagnostic are eligible to transfer their exclusive 15% discount to a new patient if they are unable to claim this month.
- The patient who gives the referral will receive the exclusive freebie of their choice once the new patient completes their health checkup.
- Once claimed, the discount is no longer applicable to the previous patient.
- The appointment date of the new patient must be between September 19 – 30, 2025, Mondays to Fridays only.
- Patients who will avail a health package are encouraged to schedule between 07:00 AM to 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
- Rescheduled appointments must be made within the promo period to remain eligible for the discount.
- HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the installment payment promo.
- The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discount, or other items.
