When visiting us, please strictly follow the building guidelines outlined below.
Bring Valid ID
Bring a valid (preferably government-issued) ID and register at the Ore Central Ground Floor concierge to get your access card.
Attendance
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment and proceed to the 23rd floor reception at Ore Central Tower. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; late arrivals will need to reschedule.
Dress Code
Follow building guidelines — no shorts, slippers, sandals, or sleeveless tops.
Rescheduling
Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change your appointment.
Appointment Reminders
The Patient Invitation Kit from Shinagawa is designed to provide convenience and ease for our patients. Sent before a scheduled checkup, the kit includes containers for FOBT, urinalysis, fecalysis, and stool samples. Collect the samples comfortably at home (please be mindful of the required collection time, which can be found in your invitation kit) and bring the samples with you to your appointment.
