The contract signing was attended by key representatives from both organizations. From Maxicare were President and CEO Christian Argos, Chief Health Network Management Officer Elizabeth Gregorio, Chief Customer Officer Raymond Hernandez, and Assistant Vice President of Provider Network Management Eric Francisco. Representing Shinagawa were President Masako Uemori and Chief Financial Officer Eric Cissus Pascual III.
