Patients need to undergo basic exams and selected blood tests so that our registered dietitian can recommend an accurate dietary plan based on their current health status.

A 10–12 hour fasting period is required before the appointment due to the blood tests that will be conducted.

You will undergo an executive health checkup along with Nutrition & Dietetics Counseling. This counseling session with our Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian will last 20–30 minutes and will include expert guidance on diet and meal planning. You will also receive nutrition brochures and a Basic Nutrition Tips booklet.

The second visit will last 30–45 minutes and will focus on a detailed meal plan discussion, a customized meal plan with recipes, and a Health & Wellness Planner.

Our Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian will assess and monitor your progress since your first visit. Each session will typically last 20–30 minutes.
