Shinagawa Diagnostic & Preventive strengthens its partnership with Flexicare for better healthcare access

On October 16, 2024, Shinagawa Diagnostic & Preventive Care solidified its partnership with Flexicare through a productive Provider Relations orientation held at the Shinagawa diagnostic clinic in Ore Tower, BGC. 

This orientation focused on the latest changes regarding booking, Letters of Authorization (LOA), and payment methods when transacting with Flexicare. 

These updates are aimed at making the process smoother and more convenient for patients and also improving access to Japanese-standard health services. With these changes, both parties are highly committed to provide a more seamless experience for those seeking quality healthcare. 

The event was attended by Flexicare, led by Provider Relations Officer Rey Ivan Cervantes, alongside Shinagawa Diagnostic & Preventive Care’s corporate sales, booking, and accounting teams, under the leadership of Chief Operating Officer Eric Pascual.
