Shinagawa Diagnostic hosted PAGCOR’s Health & Wellness event
On December 13, Shinagawa Diagnostic & Preventive Care organized a health and wellness event in collaboration with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Titled Thrive & Shine: PAGCOR Health and Wellness Event, this initiative highlighted the importance of preventive healthcare and physical wellness for PAGCOR employees and their loved ones.
The event began with a Health and Wellness Presentation led by Ms. Gicelle Alba, Corporate Sales Manager of Shinagawa Diagnostic. Attendees gained valuable insights into the clinic, exploring its range of Japanese-standard health packages and services.
This was followed with an Office Ergonomics Seminar, conducted by Gabriel Angelo Trinidad, and Nico Luis Bañez, PTRP, Head Physiotherapist from the luxury boutique gym Kinetix+. They shared essential tips and techniques to improve posture, learning how small changes in their work environment and habits could significantly impact their physical health and overall well-being.
The event also featured a clinic tour, along with a relaxing hand spa session.
Overall, the Thrive & Shine: PAGCOR Health and Wellness Event was a successful blend of health education and wellness promotion, emphasizing the power of partnerships in fostering a culture of self-improvement—both inside and outside the workplace.
