- Applicable for two patients booking any of the bundle packages listed below.
- Enjoy a 15% discount on the total bill for bundled Prime Executive Checkups or Prime Executive Checkups and Platinum Shinagawa Dock Checkups.
- Receive a 15% discount on the health package paired with VIP Shinagawa Dock.
- Both patients must have the same appointment date and time.
- Inclusions of the health packages include the following:
- Japanese Bento Meal
- Double Reading Method for Platinum Shinagawa Dock and VIP Shinagawa Dock (Chest CT Scan and Brain MRI + Brain MRA + Neck MRA)
- Hotel Accommodation (For VIP Shinagawa Dock with Colonoscopy or Gastroscopy/Colonoscopy bookings)
- Valid for new bookings made from January 29, 2025, to February 11, 2025.
- Confirmed appointments must be scheduled Monday to Friday, from February 1, 2025, to February 12, 2025.
- Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
- Rescheduled appointments must be made within ten (10) days before or after the initial appointment date to remain eligible for the discount.
- Both patients availing of the bundle promo must book their appointments on the same date and time.
- If the Prime Executive Checkup or Platinum Shinagawa Dock is paired with a VIP Shinagawa Dock, the VIP Shinagawa Dock Health Package will be paid in full, while the second health package will receive a 15% discount.
- Two (2) VIP Shinagawa Dock bookings are not eligible for the 15% discount promo.
- Patients availing of the VIP Shinagawa Dock Health Package can still enjoy free ultrasound services or vaccines, provided the appointment is booked and confirmed within the promo’s terms and conditions.
- Installment mode of payment is not allowed for this promo.
- HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the installment payment promo.
