Terms and Conditions

1. Valid for new bookings until December 31, 2024.
2. Two (2) patients with a combined SRP of P 25,000 or more will receive P 5,000 OFF their total bill.
3. The discounted amount means the two patients will pay P 25,000 for two allergy tests.
4. Both patients must have their appointments scheduled on the same day.
5. This promo can be availed in conjunction with the ongoing BPI Installment Payment Promo.
6. The promotional discount or free item(s)/services(s) is not convertible to cash, discount or other item(s).
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on a promotional discount, the senior citizen or person with disability can avail of the promotional discount under this Promo or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act for 2010 or Magna Carta for Disabled Person, whichever is higher.
8. HMO and Health Insurance memberships cannot be used for this promotion.
9. Pediatric patients (18 years old and below) will not be accommodated.
10. Confirmed bookings are required in advance.
