• Valid for new bookings made from June 1, to June 15, 2025 for the participating health packages:

• Confirmed appointments must be scheduled between Monday to Friday, from June 2, 2025,  to June 16, 2025. 
• Rescheduled appointments must still fall within the confirmed appointment guidelines in  order to receive the voucher and free hand towel. 
• Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between  7:00 AM and 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines. 
• The voucher and exclusive freebie will be given to the patent by the Receptionist after payment for  the availed health package. 
• HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the installment payment promo. 
• The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discount, or other items. 
• Senior Citizen or PWD discounts cannot be used in conjunction with this promo. However, these discounts may be applied to individual health services if the patient chooses to add riders to their health package.
