Confirmed appointments must be scheduled between Monday to Friday, from May 1, 2025, to May 16, 2025.
Rescheduled appointments must still fall within the confirmed appointment guidelines in order to receive the voucher and free hand towel.
Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
The voucher and exclusive freebie will be given to the patient by the Receptionist after payment for the availed health package.
HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the installment payment promo.
The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discount, or other items.
