• If the Prime Executive Checkup or Platinum Shinagawa Dock is paired with a VIP Shinagawa Dock, the VIP Shinagawa Dock Health Package will be paid in full, while the second health package will receive a 15% discount.
• Patients availing of the VIP Shinagawa Dock Health Package can still enjoy free ultrasound services or vaccines, provided the appointment is booked and confirmed within the promo’s terms and conditions.
• Both patients must have the same appointment date and time.
• Inclusions of the health packages include the following:

• Confirmed appointments must be scheduled Monday to Friday, from March 1, 2025, to March 28, 2025.
• Patients availing health packages are recommended to schedule their appointment between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM due to fasting guidelines.
• Rescheduled appointments must be made within ten (10) days before or after the initial appointment date to remain eligible for the discount.
• Installment mode of payment is not allowed for this promo.
• HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the installment payment promo.
