TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The promo requires three patients with the same appointment date and time.
• Valid for new bookings made from February 27, 2025, to March 31, 2025.
• Confirmed appointments must be scheduled Monday to Friday, from March 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025.
• Patients undergoing allergy tests are advised to schedule their appointments between 12:00 NN and 4:30 PM due to fasting guidelines.
• Rescheduled appointments must be made within ten (10) days before or after the initial appointment date to remain eligible for the discount.
• It is open to all families, relatives, or friends who are interested in identifying their allergies.
• Three patients who book three allergy test panels worth P15,000 each are eligible for a P5,000 deduction on their total bill.
• If at least one of the three patients books a Group – Aero Panel Allergy Test, they will receive a 10% discount on their total bill.
• A doctor’s consultation is required before undergoing blood extraction for an allergy test. This consultation is already included in the allergy test package.
• We also accept doctor’s requests from different clinics, as long as the requested panels match Shinagawa’s published allergy test panels.
• Patients may add allergens to their selected panel; however, an additional fee will apply depending on the panel. The additional fee will not be eligible for a discount.
• An installment mode of payment is not allowed for this promo.
• HMO and Health Insurance members, as well as payment methods through HMO, HI, or company reimbursements, are not eligible for the installment payment promo.
• The promotional discount or free items/services are not convertible to cash, discount, or other items.
